American Seamless Gutters of Central Florida is looking to hire more employees. We are willing to train. MUST HAVE A CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND!! Hard workers with skills in construction or experience in gutters that want to make money, to the front of the line. Work starts at 7am and ends when your work is completed. Most of the guys are off between 4-6pm. In order to work for us you must have a VALID Drivers License and a reliable source of transportation to and from the office. Company truck is provided after you reach the office. You must have a working cell phone to communicate with the office and customers while in the field. Knowledge of how to use a tape measure and basic hand tools is a must, (prefer someone that already has their own hand tools, tool belt, drill and impact). You CANNOT be afraid of HEIGHTS, the FLORIDA HEAT, or HARD WORK. We are willing to train if you are willing to learn. If you will take pride in your work you can make great money.
1. Each truck has all tools necessary to start. You will eventually need your own tool belt and a small assortment of preferred tools of the trade and a drill.
2. Uniform work shirts will be provided.
3. Employees receive a paycheck every Friday.
4. You MUST BE ON TIME!!
Lead installers with experience are making an average of $800 - $2,000 a week. Helper installers are making and average of $500 - $1,200.
We always want to see guys advance to the Lead Installer position. Thereâs always room to make more money. We have a lot of work.
