Superior Skilled Trades is seeking CNC Machine Operators for an immediate start for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Cocoa, FL area.
Candidates must have experience setting up, operating, and maintaining one or more of the following CNC Machines: Plasma Burn Table, Water Jet, Drill Line, Angle Line, Shear, Press Brake, Plate Processor
PAY: $22.00- $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
HOURS: 1st Shift - 6:00 am-4:30 pm
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: Temp-to-perm

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment used in steel fabrication. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong focus on quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, including: Plasma Burn Table, Water Jet, Drill Line, Angle Line, Shear, Press Brake, Plate Processor
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
Monitor machines during operation to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machines
Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating CNC machinery (required)
Ability to set up and adjust machine parameters for different jobs
Strong understanding of fabrication processes and quality standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to workplace safety
Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves.

Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
