Job Description:
We are looking for an Experienced Residential/Light Commercial HVAC Service Technician.
⢠Must be able to work as a team as well as independently; Self-starter and Reliable
⢠Able to troubleshoot, diagnose, perform maintenance, and repair a wide variety of residential and light commercial HVAC units
⢠Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in the repair of heating and air conditioning equipment in residential and light commercial buildings
⢠Understand operating principles of heating and air conditioning
⢠Excellent customer service and communication skills is a must
⢠Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field
⢠Familiar with job quoting and pricing from flat rate task books and collecting payment upon completion of service.
Requirements:
⢠Personal Hand Tools
⢠Clean Driving Record and Current Driverâs License
⢠Minimum 2-5 years experience residential / light commercial HVAC service
⢠Available to work nights and weekends for an on-call shift on rotational basis (approx. 1 weekend a month)
⢠Able to bend, move, climb, crawl, and lift 50+ lbs. as needed.
