Job Description:
We are looking for an Experienced Lead HVAC Installer
Must be able to work as a team as well as independently; Self-starter and Reliable
Familiar with installing residential heat pumps, air conditioning, furnaces, mini splits, and light commercial units
Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in the install of heating and air conditioning equipment in residential and light commercial buildings
Understand operating principles of heating and air conditioning
Excellent customer service and communication skills is a must
Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field
Requirements:
Personal Hand Tools
Clean Driving Record and Current Driver’s License
Minimum 2-5 years experience residential / light commercial HVAC service
Able to bend, move, climb, crawl, and lift 50+ lbs. as needed.
