We need mature, knowledgeable cooks that can work in a high volume environment. These positions will require experience, organization, accuracy and speed. You will be required to get your station ready for the shift, work under pressure and maintain a professional calm demeanor especially during busy periods. Experience in all stations will be a big bonus.
