Looking for a full-time Kitchen Manager for a new Sports Bar / Restaurant on the island.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
*Managing the cooking / kitchen cleaning staff
*Ensuring that every kitchen item meets exacting quality standards
*Creating menu items / specials
*Ordering / Receiving food and most non-bar related items.
*Controlling labor and food costs
*Back of the house cleanliness / inspections
