Operating ( 5 years) Bed & Breakfast (under AIRBNB) needs new resident manager. Will provide housing on the premises as part of total compensation package.
Major Duties will include:
- Managing operations, including managing guest inquiries and bookings.
- Guest welcome, house orientation and departure.
- Preparation of rooms ( 4 total) including clean-up and sanitizing.
- Preparation of continental breakfast ( fruits, juice, coffee, breads & pastries and cereal only)
- Managing other contract staff, such as cleaners, maintainers, landscapers, etc.
- Purchase of daily consumables, food, etc.
- Managing and controlling expenses.
- Preparation of status and expense reports to owner,
Terms: A 6 month trial contract to start, with an option for 1 or 2 years. Longer terms possible.
This is an ideal opportunity for a retired or semi-retired couple, that would like to live at the beach and enjoy the beach lifestyle, while minimizing living costs and earning some spending money.
Background check and references required. Will train. No hotel or B&B experience necessary, but position requires good people skills and good business sense.
