We are Regional Property Preservation company seeking hardworking property preservation contractors for immediate work on vacant foreclosure properties.
As a leader in the property preservation industry, we are looking to build a long-lasting relationship with qualified contractors- those dedicated to performing and providing high-quality workmanship.
We are looking for someone who is honest, motivated, and dependable with a professional attitude that upholds strong work ethics with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of the different Client requirements are a necessity as we deal with multiple Nationals. PPW experience and Safeview Preserve are a plus but training is available. Must be able to asses the full condition of a property and provide bids.
To become part of our vendor network, you MUST have:
- General Liability Insurance
- Worker's Compensation Insurance or Exemption Certificate
- Aspen Grove ABC Number
- Computer with high-speed internet service
- Smart Phone
- All Lawn Equipment
- Home repair tools
You must have the ability to perform ALL of these tasks and others as needed:
- Document all work before it is conducted with high-quality pictures, as well as, in progress and after shots
- Lock changes
- Lawn mowing and tree/shrub trimming
- Minor home repairs
- Boarding of broken windows and doors
- Trash outs, debris removals
- General cleaning
- Winterizations
- Roof assessment and Repairs
- Mold Remediation
