Looking for EXPERIENCED and reliable Fence Installer / Foreman. Must be able to perform manual labor including digging holes, carrying lumber, bags of concrete, etc in all weather conditions including extreme heat. Must be in good physical condition as I expect my employees to perform at a consistent and fast pace the same as I do. We build fences (wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain link), this is not panel installation. Must have experience using power tools (welding is a plus) and have a valid driver's license. You must be able to report to work Mon - Fri at 645 am sharp and some Saturdays, as well. If you have experience leading fence crews BY EXAMPLE and running a job from start to finish this is a definite plus and is what I am looking for. My Foreman will be expected to perform the same as the rest of the crew, not just manage. If you can't get to work on time, have an addiction problem, work at a snail's pace, do just enough to get by or are a phone junkie, you need not apply.
