This opportunity is to provide cleaning services for model homes - 17 hours/week - Ponte Vedra Beach and Julington Creek area.

Our company cleans model and inventory homes for home builders.
No dishes or laundry. The homes have no permanent occupants and are relatively easy to maintain.
We are looking for YOU
Individuals working for our company are subcontractors and must supply their own cleaning supplies, pass a background check, speak English fluently, have a driver's license, have transportation, and must be reliable, with integrity.
We are a professional organization and present ourselves as such at all times.
We are continuing to grow and are looking for more independent contractors / cleaners who are willing to stand by their work in accordance to our 24 hr. clean guarantee. We need people that can not only get the job done, but get it done right the first time.
We have a set checklist to follow with a set day or days the homes need to be cleaned.
