Overview:
Providing administrative and customer service support to the outside sales team
Making outbound calls to set appointments with prospective customers
Receiving inbound calls from customers
Providing support to customers, handle inquiries, and performing data entry
Assisting operations personnel as needed

Minimum Requirements:
At least two (2) years of customer service experience
Previous appointment scheduling experience
Computer skills
Experience with Permitting in multiple counties

Skilled in verbal and written communication

A self-starter
Proficient in typing and computer skills
Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
