Sales Assistant Commercial Vehicle
Provides support to Sales Team includes assisting current sales staff with qualifying calls, quoting clients, and processing new/used inventory.
Managing and maintaining client documents. Communicating with manufacturers and sales representative to build floor plans, sales orders, and prepare client proposals.
Establishes and maintains electronic and hardcopy filing systems, including upkeep of sales files.
Provides day-to-day administrative support for activities such as: filing, scanning, meeting coordination and other matters as may be necessary.
Position Requirements
Experience in sales a plus but not necessary.
Computer skills with high degree of proficiency, accuracy and skill and an ability to learn and use new programs easily. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or other automotive software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills via oral, written and telephone communications.
Strong attention to detail, time management and prioritizing skills.
A high degree of professionalism, friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities, work under pressure, handle different personalities.
Willing to learn inside and outside sales.
Clean driving record. Company business, commercial vehicles, must be willing to earn CDL (Commercial Driver License).
