The ETL Developer is responsible for supporting the information management architecture of the Enterprise Data Warehouse. This role will work closely with the data architect, data modeler, data analysts and other project team members to understand requirements regarding ETL design flows and data integration. The ETL Developer will develop ETL solutions following the well-defined data warehouse design and development best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Meet with business and technical teams to discuss functional design concepts and alternatives necessary to meet requirements.
• Optimize, develop and maintain data integration solutions using Informatica B2B Data Exchange and Informatica PowerCenter to connect legacy data stores, the data warehouse, and third-party platforms.
• Develop and deploy ETL job workflows with reliable error/exception handling and rollback.
• Take responsibility for data quality. Understand the implications of technology and process changes on data quality; provide guidance to business and IT related to data quality. Recommend processes and technologies that support high data quality.
• Review Source to Target Mappings to create ETL processes and crosswalks.
• Help define acceptance test objectives, test cases and assist in system and integration testing.
• Partner with IT and Business teams to capture, track, and resolve data and reporting issues.

Required:

• 4+ years of ETL development experience using Informatica Power Center and Informatica B2B Data Exchange.
• 4+ years working knowledge in a Data Warehouse/BI environment.
• 2+ years SQL Server database experience.
• 2+ years working knowledge of Healthcare claims and clinical data is preferred.
• Experience reading detailed requirements, source to target mappings, design documents, and workflows in support of data warehousing and BI.
• 2+ years experience with Windows PowerShell scripting.
