Transport guests safely around the property, carefully handling luggage.
Graciously welcome guests with open doors and luggage assistance.
Respond with helpful info about getting around and offer suggestions for local events and activities.
Ensure the vehicle is clean, gassed, and ready to go, noting any malfunction at the first sign.
FundamentalsHigh school education or equivalent experience is required, with prior customer service experience helpful. You must possess an excellent driving record, verified by Motor Vehicle Administration report, and be at least 21 years of age. The ability to skillfully drive vehicles including large vans and automobiles is required. You must be able to communicate effectively. This position requires full mobility, lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing or pulling a luggage cart up to 200 pounds.This position requires the completion of an online Guest Service assessment. Shortly after submitting your application you will receive an email with a link to the online assessment. Your application will not be considered further until you have also finished and submitted the assessment. The assessment will take about 25 minutes and we recommend you dedicate time without distractions or interruptions to complete it. Please complete the assessment as quickly as your schedule allows.
