I am looking for a partner to help me open a new kickboxing gym, hopefully on Tennessee ave close to campus. I have all the capital equipment already paid for. As a partner, you will find a location as close to FSU as possible. You treat the gym as your own and receive 65% of the monthly net profit. This will be set up more like a franchise only you do not have to purchase all the capital equipment you see in the pic and you do not have to pay any franchise fees. Research the cost of a franchise, the cost can be anywhere from $50,000 to $250,000. It's simple, just find your space, approximately 1600-2,000 sq ft, get a lease and ill set you up in less than 3 weeks.
I will teach you how to do the classes. You can put your own spin on things as well. I'll show you how we are going to market and advertise. I will be with you until you are comfortable to manage by yourself.
