Our account managers are knowledgeable in workplace, corporate real estate, facility management and other technologies and collaborate with our subject matter experts to create solutions for our clients as well as participate in project delivery on a billable basis. Account managers support several accounts to ensure that they are receiving a high level of service and are satisfied clients.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManages customer relationships for assigned accounts

Identify solutions that account clients may benefit and result in new revenue opportunities

Provide Leadership and management of Account Managers to achieve revenue objectives

Participate as a billable resource for delivery projects including Technology Advisory, IWMS, Workplace and CRE technologies

Manage or oversee sales process (identify/scope/propose/contract) for products and services for assigned accounts

Collaborate with Practice Leaders to develop, scope and present solutions

Collaborate with Sales and Legal to oversee contract execution (MSA, SOW, etc.)

Work with other CBRE account and delivery teams to ensure continuity for clients

Manage back-office systems to drive project set up and billing for assigned accounts

Collaborate with COO on the development of practices and service offerings

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Master's degree preferred. Minimum five years experience directly related to the delivery of strategic planning services; or equivalent combination of education and experience.AutoCAD drawing experience is required.CAFM software experience is preferred.CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSESProfessional Registration in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED or Facilities Management preferred.COMMUNICATION SKILLSExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGERequires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.REASONING ABILITYAbility to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing and CAD/CAFM software including MS Office Suite (MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel & Visio).Familiar with system furniture design and modular furniture while demonstrating knowledge and adherence to building regulations and health & safety guidelines.Ability to provide efficient, timely and reliable service to client(s). Ability to present information in an effective way. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Ability to collaborate, problem solve and multi-task.
