REMOTE Option Available Job Title: Salesforce Architect Location: Tallahassee, Flo. Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities Experience in designing and developing software components. End to end implementation experience with the SFDC platform. Good experience in both declarative (Workflows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules) and programmatic (Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages) Salesforce development. Experience in administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems OR Experience working on Lightning Framework (LWC). Experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce Shield. Experience in working in Financial Service Cloud or Service Cloud Should have good experience working on a high volume of transactions. Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to stakeholders. Understanding of web services and other technologies that can be used to transport data in an enterprise environment and interact with Salesforce.com. Possess expertise in understanding and guiding end-to-end business processes and mapping those recommended processes into features and workflows into the Salesforce environment. Create and maintain architectural design documentation in line with Salesforce best practices and CRM product vision and business objectives. Hands-on and in-depth expertise in configuration and custom development in Salesforce Services Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Platform. Experience with CI/CD processes. Integration experience using both Web-based technologies (Soap, Rest). Should have experience integration with multiple external systems. Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a solution. Ability to multi-task, adapt and prioritize and in a very fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Ability to document work in a clear and concise manner. Ability to adapt to changes in environment and priorities. Ability to work creatively, propose ideas, and contribute to working groups. Flexibility and attitude to achieve tight deadlines. Experience working in Banking and Insurance domain is preferred. Experience working with Government cloud is desired.
