NAI TALCOR is seeking an experienced building engineer for large, multi-tenant, commercial office complex in Tallahassee, FL. Successful candidate will be a hands-on working engineer who is career minded, talented, and committed individual with excellent customer service skills, strong time management practices, ability to work independently and as a team player. Must possess competent knowledge of use and care of tools and building equipment, general knowledge of building codes and laws, ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, ability to write routine reports and correspondence, and 7+ years experience in general/commercial building maintenance. HVAC and BMS certifications a plus. Must have clean driving record and be available to work weekend and emergency on-call.
