FULL TIME MAINTENANCE
Looking for a seasoned maintenance tech for our apartment community - needs to be a self-starter, a good communicator, and professional with residents. You would be responsible to:
Organize, prioritize, and complete service requests and general maintenance tasks.
Respond in a timely manner to all On-Call emergency requests. (Some after-hours/emergency on-call time is possible).
Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications
Experience in plumbing, electrical, painting and drywall repair.
Must have own tools, reliable vehicle & a valid driver’s license.
HVAC certified preferred
