City Wide Maintenance is currently looking for janitorial/commercial cleaning contractors in Tallahassee and the surrounding area to partner with in providing commercial janitorial services. We have been keeping commercial properties looking their best for over 50 years offering 20+ building maintenance solutions from janitorial to window washing to floor care.
And we are always in need of good companies looking to grow and partner with us!
Basic requirements include that your company must be recorded with the State of Florida and have liability and workers' compensation insurance (if you have 3 or more employees,). We handle the sales, account management, and accounting for your company in order for you to provide exemplary customer service to the client. In addition, we guarantee payment to your company on the 10th of each month.
