Looking to find an individual to take over the day-to-day operations of an established Lawn Maintenance business. This family-owned company has been in business for over 13 years with an average of 100 customers, which include residential and commercial. The Lawn Service Manager would be responsible for employee relations, customer relations, and editing current route schedules.
I intend to have an interview process to include multiple interviews, and reference checks with previous employers.
This position will be new to the company, as I have been handling the day to day operation myself. I am looking to work with a Lawn Service Manager that wants to hire a crew and run the company as if it were their own.
This person MUST:
have a clean, valid driver's license and transportation.
have experience with lawn equipment (mowers, blowers, weed eaters, edgers, trimmers, etc)
be honest, trustworthy and wanting to work
