Stubbs Roofing & Gutters is looking to hire a Highly Qualified Lead Gutter installer.
Here at Stubbs we look to provide top quality to all of our customers.
We are looking for a highly motivated person that is skilled in the gutter trade.
Someone who can work with no supervision
Someone who is able to problem solve on the job
Works well with and around others
Exceed all company and manufacturer installation specifications.
Assure that all materials workmanship and construction are in full compliance with the contracts and building codes.
Communicate daily to customers clearly with empathy and represent our values.
½ Paid CHP for single/employee after 90 days (option for employee to self cover costs of family plan)
Monthly/Quarterly incentive Bonuses
PTO (Paid Time Off) after 90 days
Friendly Team work environment

Company tablet or laptop (at company's discretion)
