MAINTENANCE Supervisor – FULL TIME
Do you enjoy working with your hands? We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to provide a full range of maintenance and repair services for one of our apartment communities. Help us to make our community the kind of place that residents are proud to call home.
OVERVIEW
Maintenance Supervisors perform routine & preventative maintenance to maintain our community along with coordinating apartment turns. They conduct apartment and/or building maintenance, repairs and apartment upgrades. They are responsible for managing the maintenance and cleaning staff and making sure all tasks are completed. We take great pride in the upkeep of property grounds, facilities, and equipment.
Maintenance Technicians and supervisors are expected to interact with current and prospective residents in a friendly and respectful manner at all times.
JOB DUTIES
· Assess and complete repairs
· Effectively prioritize work orders, and communicate this to all necessary parties
· Ensure community is presentable, inviting, and adheres to our curb appeal standards at all times by picking up trash/debris daily from common areas
· Check in & store material deliveries - note any missing or damaged materials
Scheduling unit turns and upgrades
· Other duties and special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you must be hard-working, reliable and focused on providing exceptional customer service. You must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Demonstrated knowledge of and broad experience in general maintenance techniques and repair work including plumbing, electrical and drywall
· Valid driver’s license and good driving record
· Must have own tools
· Availability to respond to community needs during non-business hours (may be required to be on-call)
· Must have own vehicle
