RV/Mobile home park in Monticello area is looking for the right person for a Maintenance Tech. The Maintenance Tech must be knowledgeable of property clean up, carpentry, painting, basic electric, AC, plumbing etc.
Must be clean, professional and reliable. Must have own tools and vehicle. This is a long term position, so please do not inquire if you are looking to make a quick dollar.
Compensation per hour based on experience.
