Local Lawn Care Company seeking part-time Secretary/office support with Bookkeeping skills. We have a semi-relaxed working environment. While being relaxed, it is fast paced and there is always something that needs to get done. Previous office management experience is required. If you possess the needed skills, it may quickly become full time.

Secretary/Office Support - Requires a reliable, detail-oriented, person Possessing GREAT organizational and communication skills.

Tasks will include:

* Maintain Office Calendar including Setting & Tracking appointments

* Schedule & appointments

* Creating invoices and making collection calls.

* Proficient with MS Office

* Answer the phone, making follow up reschedule & sales calls

* Working with Customers &

Vendors

* Maintain & improve both paper & electronic filing systems.

* Data entry, working in Excel, and Word.

* Setting up & Maintaining Inventory

* Maintain all financial records and transactions.

* Managing payables, receivables, and payroll via Payroll Company.

* Human Resource experience a plus.

* Experience with Sales-Force or some type of contact tracking software is a plus.

* Working with bookkeeper for reporting, cash management, bank reconciliation & spreadsheet analysis.

* Social Networking experience for Business a plus.

* Bookkeeper Task. - Candidate must have "thorough" knowledge of QuickBooks, but the right person can be trained.
