I'm looking for someone to mow White's Mobile Home Park every two weeks for $100 per mow. I'm not looking for you to weed eat, or get off your lawnmower, just want you to keep the grass cut. It's roughly 5 acres with 21 homes on it. I'd like you to spray Roundup around the trailers as well, but if that's more money I'll pass, and again you shouldn't have to get off the mower. This job should be easy to complete in under 3 hours (likely closer to 2 hours) and yet I'm getting estimates as high as $400 a cut. So before I go buy the beast from Home Depot and do this myself I wanted to see if anyone out there would provide a more reasonable price because $130 an hour to mow grass doesn't sound reasonable to me at all.
