This small sized residential apartment community in Tallahassee is seeking to hire a Property Manager to add to our staff of professionals. PROPERTY MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES
Possess a minimum 1 year as a strong Property Manager or 2 years as a strong Assistant Property Manager
Applicants must be strong in problem solving
Be professional and present himself/herself well
Be a take-charge individual
Be self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to multi-task
Be willing to be a team member
Be able to manage staff
Be able to communicate with tenants and vendors
Direct and/or indirect supervisory responsibility for the property operations
Responsibility for the site's day to day operations
Prepare, review and approve all applications, as well as renewals.
Approve all invoices completed by outside vendors.
Design and implement resident retention program.
Design and implement marketing plans to generate traffic and leases.
Maximize income by maintaining high occupancy.
Improve NOI through revenue maximization and expense management.
Enforce collection policies to keep delinquency down.
Implement any and all corporate and property policies and procedures
Provide quality judgment to reduce legal, liability, physical and safety risks.
Performs inspections on vacant units
Oversees readying units for rental
Issues all appropriate notices
Performs interior and exterior inspections
Makes claims on security deposits
Meets with prospective clients and tenants when needed
Ensures background checks are conducted on prospective tenants
Knowledge of Rent Manager preferred but not required
Must be able to pass background check, provide a negative Covi-19 test and have a valid Driver's License
