Looking for a part time property manager to assist in managing rental units. Job will require liaison between management company and tenant/s. Applicant should be able to coordinate with handyman and to supervise handyman, collecting rent and deposit rent into company bank account and maintaining good relations with tenants. Applicant should have an undergraduate level degree or currently enrolled in a college working towards a degree.
