Mack Bros. Landscape Nursery is hiring an office asst/customer service rep to help with front end/ outside salesman.
Training will be provided. Candidate must have good communication skills, organizational skills, people skills, basic computer knowledge, be able to follow directions & have good basic secretarial skills.
Job entails:
- secretarial skills to outside sales including taking pictures & typing emails, entering Quickbook invoices, preparing BOL
- helping front end sales greet customers, assist in pulling & loading plant orders, invoice to complete sale
- assist other nursery workers as needed
- assist office manager
- answer phones
* Reliable transportation a must!
Equipment operation a plus
Product knowledge & plant identification a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
