Busy company in need of bookkeeper to perform the following:
MUST KNOW QUICKBOOKS ONLINE, INSIDE AND OUT
- Payroll
- Monthly invoicing
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- GL
- P&L
- Answer the phone when other team members / operator are on another line.
Must be friendly and positive, with experience. Start/end times are somewhat flexible as are hours.
