Our Client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to become part of their operations support team.
You will be responsible for providing Level 1 support and technical assistance for databases, software and devices.
Responsibilities:
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Excellent understanding of Service Desk Operations; including tools (call tracking systems, ACD) processes and methodologies.
• Will work an 8 hour shift between 7AM and 7PM. Shifts may change over time. Must be available to work any shift between 7AM and 7PM.
• Windows Family Operating systems (Win7 & Win10).
• Email and Calendar Systems.
• VPN Remote connectivity.
• Application Support.
• Basic ServiceNow or Remedy Help Desk Support tool and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work individually or within a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and apply the knowledge.
• Laptop, iPad, mobile phone and peripheral hardware configurations.
Skills:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly motivated and self-driven.
• 2+ years of Helpdesk Experience.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Outlook / MS Office.
Educational Qualifications:
• Minimum of a high school diploma.
