Required skills:
Answering calls and scheduling jobs. ( Customer Service )
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Experience with Quickbooks
Ability to multi-task, operate independently, and self-manage projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Coordinate and maintain schedules for construction projects
Bilingual: English and Spanish would be a plus
Schedule: 40 to 50 hours (Monday-Friday)
