Architectural firm located in Pinellas County seeks experienced Auto CAD Draftsman to assist with overflow production. Candidate must be proficient with AutoCAD software and skilled in preparing detailed construction plans. Looking for someone with proven production ability to meet deadlines. This applicant must be knowledgeable with Local & Florida Building Codes/Laws. The position requires an individual who is capable of producing and managing the production of construction level drawings for multiple projects, all phases and must be able to interpret red lines to complete construction. Immediate hire, contracted, work at home position with flexible hours. Compensation based on experience and pays upon job completion.

Qualifications:
5-10 years Architectural AutoCad experience
Working knowledge of local and Florida Building Codes/Laws
Detail Oriented
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and comply with direction
Driver's license and own vehicle
Revit experience a plus
MUST live in the Pinellas County area.
