Position Overview - Administration Coordinator Position Objectives:Perform Administrative Assistant role as well as minor tasks relating to assistance to the coordination of commercial flooring projects. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phones, filing, scanning contracts and change order paperwork; coordinating submittals and closeouts, courier and Fed Ex shipments; some office machine maintenance; process mail and accept deliveries; request insurance for subcontractors; file preliminary lien notices; request and distribute certificates of insurance; assist the office manager.Primary Responsibilities:

Answer phones

Greet customers

File

Scan in new contracts and change order paperwork

Submittals

Closeouts

Coordinate courier and FedEx shipments

Some office machine maintenance

Accept and process mail, deliveries

Request insurance for subcontractors

File preliminary lien notices

Request and distribute certificates of insurance

Assist the Office Manager

Other Duties

Assist other positions in the company as needed

Position Requirements:

High School diploma, GED required

Preferred Skills:

2 years experience working in an administrative role preferred.

2 years experience working with Google, Excel, and Microsoft office preferred.
