As the Corporate Actions Team Leader, you will be accountable for ensuring that operational procedures are followed, customer service and productivity standards are met, and fundamental business and interpersonal skills are fostered among the staff. The Corporate Actions Team Leader will work with colleagues globally to ensure the seamless delivery of operations including collaboration on day-to-day completion of work as well as longer term projects and interactions outside of the specific department.

Your responsibilities:

  • Determine general division of workload, delegate, review, monitor, and approve staff outputs
  • Balance a strong level of subject matter expertise with leadership skills
  • Coach staff and perform all aspects of performance management
  • Keep up to date with market and industry changes to understand their impact and provide continuous training for staff
  • Oversee successful execution of processes and procedures to ensure team meets or exceeds their benchmarks and goals

Talents Needed For Success:

  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
