Manages people who lead internal projects/programs which focus on the delivery of internal products or administrative systems. These projects need a distinct beginning and an end.Manages employees who perform project management duties which involving cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of internal products or administrative systems. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfaces with internal customers or department personnel. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings. Ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills and analytical skills BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Our primary objective is to continue helping Oracle s transformation by ensuring our internal adoption of Oracle s technologies is successful while helping ensure amazing customer and employee experiences.The Corporate Systems team works collaboratively with Global Process Owners, LOB Operations and Management teams, Oracle Applications Labs (OAL)/IT, Development, and Senior Leadership providing continuity and direction to help Oracle scale its business applications and processes to meet the growth of its overall business.In this position, you will manage and lead individual contributors managing projects that fall under your responsibility as well as manage and lead projects of your own.The candidate who accepts this position is someone who:

An ideal candidate will possess a strong background on Sales / Finance / Operations business process flows and systems, will have worked on strategic business process initiatives, possess exceptional communication skills with the ability to command an audience and guide large groups / virtual teams to discuss options/make decisions.Job Responsibilities include:

Define system and business process structures that align to strategic company objectives

Lead cross functional requirements-gathering and design sessions with Sales, Finance, Operations and other global business units (M&A and other Corporate initiatives)

Lead the team effort to design and execute project Cutover calendar and activities, as well as Go Live Operational support strategies

Act as a change management catalyst and a key interface and bridge between the various Lines of Business (LOB s) and OAL/IT

Drive business process efficiencies; understand the levers that drive an integrated process and work across the functional organizations to deliver an optimal solution

Be a solution expert for internal customers

Prioritize the external customer experience while designing business processes and system solutions

Work as a business partner with Dev/IT and help bridge the business & technical communication

Ensure Oracle s own deployment of Oracle products is a leading showcase of advanced business thinking

Preferred Qualifications include:

5-7 years providing business and/or financial analysis related to project or program initiative management

7-10 years project management experiencewith the ability to coordinate, manage, and ensure the success of cross organizational, global Oracle deployments

10-12 years or equivalent experience in one of the leading ERP solutions: Oracle, SAP or PeopleSoft Finance

Strong background in Sales and Marketing, Quoting/Contracting, Order to Cash, Provisioning, Support Delivery

Experience with Cloud business models and Hosted solutions

Previous experience on medium to large project in business analysis/project management role

o This role does not require formal project management training but instead requires an individual who is great at coordinating multiple teams, chasing the details , and helping to translate information to drive decisions thru to conclusion

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills including:

o Ability to customize and communicate messages according to the audience (e.g., EVP to IC level)o Ability to grasp large picture / end to end business process and system functionalityo Ability to document end to end process, business requirements and/or detailed use case documentation

Forward thinking: has a flexible approach to change, is able to work effectively in a variety of situations, seeks improvements and looks to the future

Consistency and accuracy, personal discipline and ability to work across organizations

Originality and initiative are important as well as the ability to work in a deadline driven, high pressure environment
