RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst in Tampa, FL.


Summary:
The Training Report Analyst will be responsible for creating, running and maintaining business reports based on the completed evaluations for the Medicare and New Member Services teams. The analyst works closely with the Training Manager to run reports which are distributed on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis and will include information pertaining to call center metrics, key performance indicator and analysis specific to Training evaluations. These reports will provide feedback on opportunities among all business units to lead to improved results.

Responsibilities:
Performs all activities associated with ensuring the accuracy of data for the purpose of reporting and analytics
Gather and translate training data and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to the leadership team
Analyzes data on each new trainee to provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to the training manager
The report breakdown will encompass individual lines of business, managers, supervisors, agents and facilities
Analyzes the data for the effectiveness in meeting business related goals and objectives
Create and maintain the standardized process for reporting out training data to all business units
Works with training manager to maintain department metrics
Prepare business documents and presentations for management
Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma is required, College degree is preferred
2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, combined with sales, customer service, operations, or processing experience in the Medicare industry
Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a diverse team
Teamwork, flexibility, reliability, and mentoring skills are required
Attention to detail and excellent follow up skills
Demonstrable competency with MS office word, gathering data into reports, experience with PowerBI, PowerQuery, and general technical trouble shooting
Effectively able to organize, problem solve, analyze information, document and communicate
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi task
Strong written and verbal communication skills
