The Full Suite – Genesis Integration Specialist is a Lead Coordinator part of the Full Suite GFTS Team coordinating all changes / activities related to the integration between Full Suite and Genesis through to downstream consumers. This role will be responsible in onboarding all Full Suite country or feed level activities into Genesis including setups required to support the integration. Lead role to drive, oversee Full Suite Integration activities (including regression testing etc.) with downstream systems as per the defined success criteria.Responsibilities
Publish monthly update of all Full Suite – Genesis integration activities coordinating with Full Suite Program owner and Regional Leads in APAC, EMEA, LATAM, MX and NAM
Coordinate all Full Suite – Genesis integration activities in weekly calls to ensure all teams are aware of forward plan and escalations are addressed timely
Ensure all teams align to Accountability Checklist and make any changes needed to support any additional Consumer Testing or changes to process, ensure proper approval and socialization of any modifications
Ensure testing is performed to Full Suite and Genesis Success Criteria and escalate exceptions and risks accordingly and in a timely manner.
Work with a team of integration analysts to perform key deliverables for each integration based on Accountability Checklist including Data Integrity and OMBC L1
Liaise with Business/Region, FRSS and other groups to resolve identified showstopper or critical issues before migration to Production
Attend and ensure alignment to key Genesis milestones according to go-live dates
Help ensure coordination between partner systems; ensure all testing plans are shared and communicated so application testing between all is understood
Support post production migration checkout / validation activities in coordination with Genesis Production and Full Suite – Genesis Integration BAU Support teams
Assist in providing details for creation of Business Requirements Document (BRD) and review of Functional Requirements Document (FRD)
Ensure required system setups are performed and validated to support the implementation and integration
Ensure required FS Setups are in place in UAT to support the regression testing
Liaison with Full Suite technology team for integration related deliverables
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
Extensive experience in leading and managing projects, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in the area of Change Management
4+ years in a system support, implementation and integration environment
5+ years’ experience with SQL (PLSQL is a plus)
5+ years relevant work experience in large financial services, consulting, shared services’ operations related or similar industry
Must have experience with Reporting Tools (Financial data is a plus)
Demonstrated strong implementation and project management, leadership and execution skills
Outstanding written and oral communication, influencing and presentation skills
Self – starter with ability to independently manage work and drive multiple deliverables concurrently
Able to set priorities

Quick learner, customer focused with ability to multi-task and work in fast paced changing environment
Ability to work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
