Project Details
Working in the operations area: provider contracting, provider set up, call center, correspondence that goes up, member enrollment
Working in a pod of 4 people (direct pod of 3, w/ either Susan or Nicole)- working with anywhere (indirectly) of upwards of 50-60 people. Two layers of leadership over them that will help to tie things together
Reporting the status of the work that they do
They are technically behind, hoping they can move at a quick pace
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
Oversight and management of the workplan in smartsheets
Milestone, activity, task, duration, familiarity with the raid lock for decisions. Auto populate dashboards.
Resourceful with building network and relationships
Health plan is happy where they are at - they are sifting things for a greater strategic goals so someone needs to understand you are not just moving widgets across - you need to have social awareness working with people and it is not for everyone
Working with high level stakeholders such as the COO
3-4 years of Project Management on the business focused (not IT)
Strategic oversight
Enterprise level experience
MS Office tools: PPW, Excel, Word, OneNote
Demeanor and composition comfortable with working with high level leadership
NICE TO HAVES
PMI or PMP Certification
Six Sigma Green Belt
Smartsheets workplan experience
Healthcare
Medicare or Medicaid
Migrations or Consolidation experience
