Being in the Chief Client Office as an Implementation Team Lead in the Integration Management Function, you and your team will play the leading role in key new member onboarding and account lifecycle activities. Your team will directly contact potential new clients, delivering timely and professional mentorship to applicants as they navigate through the entire onboarding process. Upon activation of membership, your team will lead critical processes that underpin the client account lifecycle including add on account, product, and services. Our Integration Team Leads have a passion for client service, act as role models for all DTCC resources, possess a curiosity about identifying and developing talent, and have a consistent track record of contributing to the strategic direction of the larger organization.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Direct a team of Implementation Managers
  • Lead intake of client project work/ product initiatives and run capacity across resources as needed
  • Partner with Mgr. and Technical Implementation TL as needed on work assignment / Product engagement
  • Partner with Integration Manager to draft the employee performance reviews
  • Serve as the SME for the business side of onboarding requirements and educate collaborators on the Integration process
  • Support risk mitigation efforts and assist with management testing as needed
  • Be a "player/coach" by supporting client inquiries, document management, and high-complexity and highly important client lifecycle activities, project work for existing staff and new hires
  • Act as a lead partner with various internal teams (for example, Relationship Management) to ensure that all onboarding and lifecycle activities occur seamlessly and meet collaborator expectations
  • Represent Integration on all Cross Functional Teams/Agile Programs within their assigned division
  • Work with the Integration Manager to identify additional controls for higher risk tasks
  • Working with the manager on detailing any procedural changes to our PDMS library
  • Lead training program for all new hires and partake in training.

  • Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
  • Act as lead and primary customer concern point for the team and escalate to management as needed
  • SME knowledge on business side implementations for product and services
  • Establish standard cadence of meetings with directs which include 1x1, quarterly check ins and annual performance reviews.

Additional Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with master's or equivalent experience
  • Experience optimally directing a team, including setting team goals, evaluating performance, and improving existing processes
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, fast paced client-facing environment
  • Pay close attention to detail with an interest in identifying process and operational risks
  • Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively to get things done, building, and championing positive relationships both with internal partners and clients
  • Strong Project Management skillset

The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations.
