HII is in need of an Operations Research Analyst to work CBRN programs at MacDill AFB, FL

Job Description:

  • Provides support to assist in the completion of identified programs and projects to support the J5X-CBRN Branch
  • Conducts research, analysis, document preparation/staffing, coordination support and CBRN Defense knowledge management integration.
  • Analyzes DoD and USSOCOM CBRN/CWMD policy and procedures to execute staff coordination support to support the programmatic end-state.
  • Conducts general coordination and synchronization support for the J5 throughout the SOCOM enterprise.
  • Provides support to SOFCIDS and JCIDS requirements document generation process supporting USSOCOM CBRN Defense advanced development efforts.
  • Analyzes readiness reports and assists in developing risk mitigation courses of action and plans.
  • Assists with staff coordination support to reach the programmatic end-state and facilitate CBRN Knowledge Management (KM) fundamentals.
Experience: • 6 years' experience in SOF and/or Joint Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) / Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) Defense operations, policy, doctrine, and TTPs. • 3 years' experience at the SOF Component, Combatant Command or Joint staff levels supporting CBRN/CWMD mission areas. • 2 years' experience in developing CWMD/CBRN Defense projects and/or program action plans. • 1 year experience using web-based programs such as, social media platforms, and ALL Microsoft Office products (i.e. SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel) • TS/SCI clearance
