DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced quality assurance engineer with an eye for detail and a drive for performance excellence.This position needs to have someone with a passion for learning and working in development and technology with the desire to hold impactful roles on challenging projects.Participate in writing C# code for end to end tests in an agile environment to meet our software’s roadmap needsDefine test plans, test suites, test cases as well as utilize automated tools to optimize the STLCParticipate and provide insight in all phases of a project from discovery and planning through implementation and deliveryArchitect and design scalable and reusable automated testing solutions for multi-tenant web applications hosted on the cloudMentor and develop other quality assurance engineers and analysts in terms of automated test development as well as writing solid test plansPerform exploratory testing, automate repetitive tasks and work side by side with software development engineers to deliver high quality productsWork closely, solve problems, and share ideas with development architects, developers, and technical project managers and product ownersInterpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development processTake initiative to learn new things, and grow rapidly from constant exposure to innovative ideas, concepts, and patterns as well as have the ability to share those findings effectivelyRequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Data Analytics or relevant field6+ years of experience in software quality and/or testing using automated tools and frameworks5+ years of experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment processes utilizing TFS on prem, Azure DevOps, or other relevant software3+ years of experience writing C#/Java or relatable automated code2+ years of experience in Performance testing of web applicationsAbility to spin up new CI pipelines from scratch in pipelines similar to Azure DevOpsExperience working closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirementsAbility and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new business domains and technologiesEnthusiasm for software testing and qualityAbility to conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and conciselyExperience with test and behavior driven developmentExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsTechnology doesn't change the world.
