Interactdirectly with service contacts for Direct OptumRx clients
Manageissue resolution and ensure customer satisfaction for a dedicated book ofclients
Self - Resolveor route issues for resolution with a strict adherence to establishedquality guidelines including appropriate assignment of issue and sub-issuetypes and thorough documentation in tracking tool
Demonstratethe appropriate sense of urgency for all cases based on the nature of therequest as well as the assigned SLA
Ensureall SLA goals are met based on submitter and request type; includesmanaging priorities at individual desk level and timely escalation toensure timelines are met
Identifygroup level trends and discuss with Pharmacy Account Managers and / orStrategic Account Executives to ensure a true partnership between internalpartners
Maymanage the Mass Adjustment process for group level (not global)remediation
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
Client / customer service experience
Expertise in the PSS role; or equivalent healthcare experience
Ability to travel 25% or less within the US
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with OptumRx products and systems preferred
Experience within or supporting UHC E&I or Direct OptumRx Clients
