As Tax Director, your mission is to lead the firm’s tax department with both hands—serving as the senior technical authority, the primary driver of Tax Advisory Services (TAS) growth, and the leader who develops the people and systems that make it all run. You are the reason the team gets better every year.Grow the Tax Advisory PracticeDrive TAS engagements for Prime and Elite clients—proactive planning, multi-scenario tax strategy, and white-glove service delivery. You will be expected to participate in planning and executing the growth of this practice, not just maintaining it.Maintain a Strong Compliance FoundationOwn the quality and consistency of the compliance practice. Reviews get done right. Deadlines are met. The team doesn’t cut corners because you don’t.Lead High-Impact Client RelationshipsServe as the firm’s senior client-facing presence for complex engagements—business owners, HNW individuals, and multi-entity structures. You’ll also support and elevate the relationships being managed across your advisory and compliance teams.Training & Quality AssuranceBuild and maintain the systems that keep the team sharp—technical training, QA processes, and the feedback loops that catch issues before they reach clients.
