As the Unified Communications Administrator, you will support the growth of our cloud architecture and the approach to cloud/telephony interaction. You will also be responsible for the daily integrated communications of multi-office environments.

• Strive for continuous improvement of the architecture and strategies that emphasize platform consolidation and enhancement of the user experience.
• Perform a hands-on essential role in the wide-ranging merger and acquisition strategy by transferring affiliated companies to our Unified Communications platform.
• Communicate regularly with colleagues to address and fulfill business requirements, as well as provide training to avoid complications.
• Focus is to provide end user satisfaction when establishing and maintaining QoS metrics, scalability, and high availability.
• Provide support, align, maintain, and upgrade the UC platform across all offices.
• Adopt the latest UC best practices and tools to line up with evolving technology.
• Clarify the benefits of changes in design and architecture transformations.
• Be available to mentor, provide support for the Help Desk team regarding UC problems.

• Expertise working with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, VoIP, QoS, and network to support the collaboration of the UC platforms.
• 3+ years of experience in an enterprise environment as a Unified Communications Administrator.
• Proficient network skills related to voice and video flow for multi-office function.
• High level of expertise utilizing a hosted voice solution.
• Extensive knowledge of best practices regarding management, control, and monitoring UC infrastructure.
