Oggi Italian and Guiseppe's on Davis Island is looking for line cooks/pizza makers!!! We are growing and are looking for experienced, hardworking, team-oriented, and motivated employees.
Pizza Makers are the key to making premium quality pizzas in our wood fired oven. ÂRequirements are:
Must be able to hand toss dough
Dough stretching
Appropriate portioning of sauces, cheeses, and toppings
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Multi-tasking and careful attention to time
Line Cooks will be able to work BOH at either location with the following responsibilities:ÂÂ
Prep food items
Garnishes and place items on line
Uses proper portions
Able to gather ingredients and equipment to prepare foods for cooking
Able to move around kitchen in a safe manner
Organized and detailed
Follow verbal and written instructions
Restocking and clean-up of the kitchen
Experience with grill, fryer and stove-top is a must!

Be able to communicate detailed information about our food menu
Anticipate guests needs and address issues in a proactive / appropiate manner
Maintain a safe and secure work environment
Must be a "team player"
Follow opening / closing procedures and the ability to multi-task in a self-motivated work environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Experience:
Pizza Maker: 1 year (Preferred)
Prep cook/Line cook: 1 year (Preferred)
Must be available 7 days a week, nights and weekends.  You can expect to work 30-40 hours, with some overtime available.ÂÂ
