We are currently seeking aspiring, responsible and goal oriented individuals who want the daily challenges of being a Asst. Manager. As a assistant you will work closely with the managers and owners in continuing our tradition of family owned and operated restaurants.
We're looking for individuals with restaurant and pizza experience, organizational skills, and have a strong work ethic. Good computer, communication and leadership skills are a must.
Typical work duties:
To assist and work side by side with your team on the day to day operations. This would include hands on activities both in the dining room and kitchen areas. Shift supervisors responsibilities also include but not limited to:
Supervise staff throughout the shift ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
Responding to customer comments and complaints.
Greeting and talking with customers throughout the shift.
Maintaining high standards of quality food, service, hygiene, health and safety.
Checking stock levels of production areas.
Placing and checking in orders from vendors.
Managing costs of labor, food waste, and cash control.
Preparing reports at the end of the shift.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of restaurant supervisory experience
Reliable transportation
Stable work history
Only energetic and enthusiastic individuals need apply!
Hours- Must be flexible for all shifts. (40 hr work week, Closed on Sunday)
