Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Equivalent 3 years Experience in Treatment Plan Presentation
- Ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Desire to learn and grow
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Present Treatment plans and review financial options with patients
- Schedule patients for appointments
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Evaluate EOBS
- File claims
