Medical wellness office searching for a dynamic, passionate, and organized good with face to face consultation and comfortable with sales. Patient Experience Coordinator to manage a multitude of patient needs while working in a fast paced environment. You will serve as the primary link between potential opportunities converting to happy and healthy patients. The position is spent 100% of the time on the phone handling new patient requisitions. Must be able to fit with companys core values Must be able to travel between all of our locations for training and education. Must also be willing to work varied hours between Monday Tuesday and Wednesday 11-7 Thursday 9-6 Friday 9-4. Also one Saturdays a month 9-4

Required Skills/Expectations:
Must posses leadership qualities
Experience with face to face patient interaction is preferred and be able to portray this over the phone.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person and via phone, email, text
Must possess an ability to work independently as well as work with a team to accomplish goals
Perform multiple tasks in a high volume environment
Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a high stress environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Able to demonstrate experience and prove ability to learn medical terminology
Education:
Bachelors degree required. Preferred in the field of science, including but not limited to, health sciences, excercise science, sports medicine, nutrition, etc.
Currently working towards a degree within health and science also looked at.
