We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to run the reception area at our main office location for our Human Resources Team! This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Human Resources Receptionist provides exceptional customer service to our employees, clients, customers and the general public.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system

Assist callers by directing them to the proper area related to their call

Run reports pertaining to attendance and payroll

Conduct employee attendance reviews

Review employee time off and PTO Reports

Verify employee's timecards are correct and complete

Ensure time off and vacation time is reflected accurately

Track and manipulate information in Excel

Administer applications and tests for applicants

Assist with New Hire paperwork and onboarding process

Making great first impressions with client visitors and other important visitors at NTC

Ensure all visitors and vendors are signed in with the proper badges and the proper NTC staff are contacted for escorting as needed

Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors of NTC

Maintain security of NTC premises by monitoring front gate access

Job Requirements

Ability to type at least 45 wpm

Experience with a multi-line phone system

Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Outlook)

Ability to work outside of normal schedule when needed

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Organizational skills

Ability to manage many different tasks and projects simultaneously

Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and manage many different tasks while staying organized

PTO begins accruing on the first day of employment, and is available for use after the 90 day employment anniversary.

PTO days are accrued as follows:

Your first and second year you will accrue 10 days per year.

Each year between the 3rd and 9th you will accrue 15 days per year.

Each year between the 10th and 19th you will accrue 20 days per year.

And from 20 years onward you will accrue 25 days per year.
